The Power of Nature Guided Walks Taking techniques from Japanese forest bathing and combining them with plant identification and seasonal foraging, The Power of Nature guided walks are an immersive experience in connection with nature. Spend 3 hours amongst the trees, breathing in your surroundings and learning the benefits of spending more time in nature, plus how to identify wild plants, fruits, flowers and trees. We’ll cover which plants harm and which heal, as well as symbolism, recipes and tips on how to use wild plants for food, health and beauty
The purpose? To relax and engage the senses with the seasons, switch off stress and reconnect with our surroundings.
What to expect?
3 hours of guided walking (roughly 1-2 miles)
